Smytheport Consulting (SCG) was founded in 2003 by its current owner, Steve Nardoni. At that time, the company offered a single service, Solution Sales Selling Training. This custom service was marketed to various size companies with outside sales teams who had identified a need to improve the expertise of their staff. Over the years, at the request of SCG’s clients, 5 additional custom designed services were offered to further enhance employee development and corporate profitability within SCG’s client base.
